MORE DEDC 6 week MINI – SESSIONS AVAILABLE

Aerial Silks Session – Age 10 and up. Must be at the acro 3 or 4 level, acro 2 must be at teacher’s discretion, or have had gymnastics or tumbling training. Learn acrobatic skills and tricks while hanging from a silk fabric. Space for this class is very limited (ONLY 8 spots). You can be new or returning student to this class. The session is $65.00 and will be offered on Mondays from 8:00-8:30 (March 4^th, 11^th, 25^th April 1^st, 8^th, 15^th) or Thursdays from 8:30-9:00 (March 14^th, 28^th April 4^th, 11^th, 18^th, 25^th)

Aerial Cocoon Session – Cocoons offer an anti-gravity movement class that focuses on core strength, flexibility and balance while being supported and guided by a soft fabric. This class gives you greater confidence and a playful and relaxing experience while releasing tension and joint compression. It also allows your body and mind to calm and relax. No previous experience needed. Space Limited (ONLY 5 spots) The session is $65.00 and will be offered on Mondays 5:30-6:00 (March 4^th, 11^th, 25^th, April 1^st, 8^th, 15^th) or Tuesdays 8:00-8:30 (March 5^th, 12^th 26^th April 2^nd,9^th, 16th) or Thursdays 7:30-8:00 (March 14^th, 28^th April 4^th,11^th, 18^th, 26^th)
