Welcome! Below is some general information about studio fees and registration. We ask that you review this information carefully so that you will have a greater understanding of what to expect throughout this dance season. It is intended to help alleviate any confusion over the studio’s policies. If you have any questions, please ask, we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Registration Fee:

A $30.00 non-refundable registration fee is required and due at the time of registration to reserve and hold your Child’s spot in a class, each additional child in your family will have a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Registration is not considered complete and a space is not reserved for your child until this fee is paid. September tuition must also be paid at time of registration. A registration is not considered complete until these fees have been paid. Classes must have at least 5 students enrolled or the class may be canceled or moved to a new day & time.

Tuition:

Tuition is due by the 10th of every month. There is a $15.00 automatic late fee charged to your account for every week your tuition is late. There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks or multiple credit card declines (after two bounced checks, we are no longer to accept check as payment) There are absolutely no refunds on tuition or costumes for any reason. Tuition fees remain the same for in-person or zoom option, or combination of both, or alternating in-person/zoom schedule due to the ever changing Covid-19 restrictions. There are no deductions for missed classes including Holidays and bad weather; however, you are entitled to schedule a make-up class There is a 30-day period for making up missed classes, after that the missed class will be forfeited. We reserve the right to change or cancel class at any time. Tuition will be the same whether it is at 2-5 week month. All class changes or withdrawals from class must be submitted in writing to the DEDC office 15 days prior to the start of the next month to avoid continued tuition charges. Tuition charges will continue to incur, until notice is given. Auto pay is an option. If you choose to do this, fees will be automatically charged to the credit card you have on file. If you enter credit card information into the parent portal, that card will be charged when fees are due.

Tuition in-person/zoom Rates:

Multiple Classes:

• One Class = Regular Price
• Second Class = $5.00 off original price (discount taken off of all additional classes with equal or lesser value of first class)
• Third Class = $10.00 off original price
• Fourth Class = $15.00 off original price
• Fifth Class = $20.00 off original price
• Sixth, Seventh & Eighth Class = $25.00 off original price
• Unlimited Classes = $335.00

Sibling Discount = $5.00 off per child enrolled in our program. Discount is applied to single family accounts only. You cannot use the discount on two separate accounts.

Star Leadership Program – a Nationally recognized leadership program for ages7-18 to encourage young leaders in both the studio and the community. A season long curriculum in lessons implementing kind, serving, trusting and empowered dancers. Meets one Saturday a month 9:00am -10:00am 10 sessions plus workbook $280 

*No discount on additional mini tumble and tumble add on classes or Star Leadership Program
