Welcome! Below is some general information about studio fees and registration. We ask that you review this information carefully so that you will have a greater understanding of what to expect throughout this dance season. It is intended to help alleviate any confusion over the studio’s policies. If you have any questions, please ask, and we will be happy to discuss them with you.
Registration Fee: A $30.00 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration to reserve and hold your child’s spot in class. Each additional child in your family will have a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Classes must have at least 5 students enrolled, or the class may be canceled or moved to a new day and time.
Registration fees will be processed on the Friday after fall registration opens, and then every Friday for any new signups. If the payment does not go through, a $15 late fee will be added on the following Monday. Registration is not considered complete, and a space is not reserved, until this fee is paid.
Tuition: Tuition is due by the 10th of every month and is considered late on the 11th. If tuition remains unpaid on the 11th, a late fee will be added to the account. A $15.00 automatic late fee will be charged to your account for every additional week tuition remains unpaid. There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks or multiple credit card declines. (After two returned checks, we are no longer able to accept checks as payment.)
There are no refunds on tuition or costumes for any reason. Tuition remains the same for in-person classes, Zoom classes, or any combination of the two. There are no deductions for missed classes, including holidays or bad weather; however, you may schedule a make-up class. Makeups must be completed within 30 days, after which the missed class is forfeited.
We reserve the right to change or cancel classes at any time. Tuition remains the same whether the month includes 2 weeks or 5 weeks. All class changes or withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the DEDC office 15 days prior to the start of the next month to avoid continued tuition charges. Tuition charges will continue until written notice is received.
Auto-pay is available and recommended. If you choose this option, fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If you enter a credit card into the parent portal, that card will be charged when fees are due.

- Pre-Dazzlers = $45.00
- Mini tumble add on additional $10.00 (not eligible for discounts)
- Mini Dazzlers = $60.00
- Tumble add on additional $20.00 (not eligible for discounts)
- Dazzlers & Dynamic Dazzlers = $60.00
- D-Team Rehearsal 1-2 = $60.00
- 30 Minute Class = $45.00
- 45 Minute Class = $55.00
- 60 Minute Class=$60.00
- 90 Minute Class = $75.00
Multiple Classes:
- One Class = Regular Price
- Second Class = $5.00 off original price (discount taken off all additional classes with equal or lesser value of first class)
- Third Class = $10.00 off the original price
- Fourth Class = $15.00 off original price
- Fifth Class = $20.00 off original price
- Sixth, Seventh & Eighth Class = $25.00 off original price
- Unlimited Classes = $335.00
Sibling Discount = $5.00 off per child enrolled in our program. Discounts are applied to single-family accounts only. You cannot use the discount on two separate accounts.
Star Leadership Program – a nationally recognized leadership program for ages7-18 to encourage young leaders in both the studio and the community. A season-long curriculum in lessons implementing kind, serving, trusting, and empowered dancers. Speak to the studio director if you are interested.
