Class Description
Students will continue to improve their technique as well as learn the latest acrobatic skills. They will also continue to improve their strength and flexibilty throughout this class.

Class Length: 1 hour
Class Attire: leotard, bike shorts, and/or footless tights. Students will be barefoot
