A workout class that is a combination of speed and strength, Power Squad is a hybrid workout to develop both your strength and conditioning at the same time.  This is a workout class that will build muscle and strength while improving your cardio capacity and athletic performance

Class Availability:

Class Length: 1 hour

Class Attire: Any dance attire

All classes abide by our Policies & Procedures.
